Larry, Raoul Is is just one island in the Kermadecs, Its the one that most 
all radio takes place from. Its prob the largest or most significant island. 
Its an excellent identifier and easy to associate with Kermadec. The IOTA 
Directory is a good source for these island names that comprise an island 
group which is a DXCC entity too.
