LU
In Argentina, as much as I know, the letter appended to the call determines 
the province. So, your LU/<something> contacts count as LU for DXCC.

C/ZL4OY and C/ZL3HI
In 1983 I worked ZL4PO/C and in 1984 I worked ZL7OY. Both were Chatham. So 
it makes sense to say that C/ZL4OY is probably Chatham Is.

Ron Wright, ZL1AMO, used several calls with RW as suffix on Pacific 
islands. Maybe this was one of his operations?

I don't have information on the other calls.
