[Dx-qsl] European addresses

Trying to find good postal addresses (or E-Mails) for the stations below. 
Sent direct airmail requests for their adresses as shown in QRZ.COM and/or 
Buckmaster but had them returned by the mail.

Tried to E-Mail some of them but did not get any reply.
Has anybody got a card from these stations recently? Best route?

9A2YM  (30 and 17 m QSOs in 2001)
S59CAB (80 meter QSO, nov/2001)
OM3ZWA (80 meter QSO, may/2001)
OK2ZU  (mngr for OL0E, 80 meter QSO, may/2001)
T91AVW (mngr for T92D, 80 meter QSO, may/2001)
