[Dx-qsl] 3D2CI received only Oct. confirmed

It seemd that my first SASE got lost somewhere.

I somewhat made misunderstanding about his return. 
I found that he confirmed Feb.QSO on Oct.card, but forget
changing pre-print month from "October" to February.
Thus he confirmed QSO of  Oct.22 SSB QSO with 3D2CI.
This is sure in my log as Feb.22 SSB QSO with 3D2CI.

Can I use this for DXCC? I don't mind...
