[Dx-qsl] will this one be acceptable

I have even had the DXCC desk accept letters from several missionary hams who
didn't have printed QSL cards, but who just wrote nice friendly letters 1.
confirming our QSO and 2. telling me what they were doing in whichever country
I worked them. Albeit a bit unusual, DXCC accepted them because they contained
all the elements of a QSL card. My call, their call, date, time, frequency,
sig report, etc. and were signed by the op.

When I operated as V31EF back in 1987 I just bought some postcards from the
hotel where I operated and used them for QSL cards since I only made about 15
contacts. I had to bring them back to the states so I could address them, then
mailed them back to Belize in a big envelope and had some friends there put
Belize airmail stamps on and get a Belize postmark just so DXCC would have no
problem accepting them. A bit overkill I'm sure.
