You could make up a "generic" one with the call & QTH location & send it to
him for a signature, if you really wanted to.

I sent for an oldie. D2ASW via K4UTE.
He returned my card with a note written on the back: "Sorry, no longer have
qsl's. But this qso is confirmed from log."
And then signed by Dick.

The DXCC desk should accept this shouldn't they?
