[Dx-qsl] Route for J88CD & AP2IA please

Hi All,

Use AP2IA QRZ or callbook address direct. He DOES NOT have a manager. I have
exchanged emails with Ajaz and he states that both the QRZ or callbook
addresses are correct.

I have no information about the J88.
