I dunno, I get international mail all week.  Doesn't seem to be any pattern
to it.

Of course, this is the Pittsburgh Post Office we're talking about.  I've had
international QSL cards replied to before a newsletter mailed the same day
reaches it's destination across town.

My be has to do with non priority mail shipped out on Fridays
to make next business day mail Mondays, just a guess.
