Hi Howard,

    I sent one direct also at about the same time with a SASE of Laos
stamps. Nothing yet here. I am going to send again only because I worked
XW0X again for my last zone on 10m SSB. This time I'm going to use 2 IRC's.
Also, I'm told NOT to put his name on the envelope. I did put his name on
the 1st time. This one will go into the mail this week.

     Have heard that the turnaround is fairly quick using 2 IRC's and no
name. How quick? I don't know. Will try to keep the list notified.
