Thanks Nenad.

The consensus seems to be that VY1JA is now direct or via buro.  I don't
know what happened with KB5IPQ & I don't want to venture any guesses;  as I
originally said, all I know is that I never had a response to either of my
QSL requests.  And I have yet to hear from anyone who did get a card via
KB5IPQ.  'nuff said.

I have a new card for Jay ready and it will be going to him direct in
Monday's mail.

I think J VY1JA was not satisfied with KB5IPQ's service. But J still
sends cards via bureau regularly. I processed hundreds of his cards.
