[Dx-qsl] DXCC & Lost QSL

Hello All
I received my DXCC submission back about 2 weeks ago.
I have one card missing and it didn't get counted for my award either.
If anyone out there that has submitted cards in Feb please look and see if
you got my
XR0ZY card in your returns.
ARRL says they don't have it I submitted 706 cards so it could have been
stuck in with someone elses cards.
I will be glad to pay for the postage to return it to me.
