Anyone know the route for VP5WW, ARRL DX Phone '02?

K4UTE via Pathfinder shows KB4QKP as the most recent entry (1995).  He just
returned my envelope as "undeliverable" with a notation on the back "Not QSL
Mgr."  Not seeing anything in the Daily DX, 425 DX or OPDX either.  But
there are a lot of DX Summit spots in the contest for him... so surely
someone has to know?
