Received today:
9M2RS (Malaysia) via Internation Registered Mail!!!

1st worked Rashid 22 May 2001 and again 30 Aug. 2001. Two mailed QSLs
(w/SASEs w/ Malaysian postage) over the next several months went unanswered.

Finally, I sent an International Registered card to him in late January. He
received it, emailed me that he had sent me a card but it must have been
lost in mail. So he replied with International Registered of his own.
