[Dx-qsl] spare IRC's

    Thanks to all who replied. I didn't get a eMail address from a few so I
decided to thank all by posting to the list. A deal has been struck with
Ralph, K2PF.

    I needed the 2 IRC's because I worked XW0X again. This time on 10m to
complete WAZ on 10m SSB. I very rarely use IRC's because I always SASE, but
after hearing the good luck some of have had with IRC's for XW0X, the choice
was a "no brainer".
