How many requests have you made?  If it's been over
6-9 months I might send another request off to those
with addresses on the GoList.  Chaek e-mails and see
if you get a response and alert them that you are
sending off another request, etc.  I have found this
to be somewhat effective.

It's hard to get conformations from countries where
mailm theft may be a big problem.  I have never been
able to confirm Mozambique, for instance.
