Bill and all,
Rather than have your Post office order IRCs, contact a QSL manager. Many, like myself sell them, and at a discount from the post office. It helps the manager, it helps you, and it helps Ham Radio....

ps...I have some....$1.00 each for the 'old ones' and $1.10 for the 'fat ugly new ones'.....including shipping...although I have limited supply of the new ones...they're clearly not in circulation in a big way yet.
