FWIW, DX Summit shows that the op on 40 meters last night was K1ZZ.   My
thanks to all who replied, and pending further information, I'm going to
play it safe and send one QSL to the manager (I1YRL) & one to K1ZZ.

I just worked it a few minutes ago, and he said to QSL via bureau.
