[Dx-qsl] 4U1ITU and another and another

I have worked 4U1ITU on 8 bands.  Three bands are unconfirmed and
have been sent via the bureau AND via I1YRL both with IRCs and or
greenstamps.  I think much depends on the operator.  I too have my
fingers crossed for getting a card from whoever the mystery operator
was on 30 meters on March 15th.
