[Dx-qsl] Is the Doon Valley Radio Amateur Club (VU2DVC) still operating?

I worked in 1996 VU2AXA. I know that in 1996  his manager was VU2DVC. But I 
like to know if this Club is still operating. VU2DVC is NOT listed anymore on 
ALL indian-club-lists I was able to find.
So I like to know if someone had success with the following address NOT TOO 
LONG ago:
