I sent my card out the other day via the XW2A address on QRZ.COM. I =
checked the XU2A address and it was the same except QRZ.COM graciously =
inserted "Cambodia" into the address before "Laos". I sent two IRC's =
inside a security envelope inside a #10. I did put his name on the =
envelope since I had not heard about not putting his name on until now. =
I wish some of these stations with unreliable postal systems would get =
managers in reliable countries.

Hi Dick...
Use this with 2 IRC's..NO GS's!! In fact Hiro
recomends not even putting his name on the envelope
due to rampant mail theft. He told me that the
average monthly income for a postal worker was about
$8.00 US !
