[Dx-qsl] FY5GS received today

got this one for two qsos. sent Aug 01.

In my return envelope was a sase and qsl for a Texas ham who sent his
request and sase to France with US stamps on the envelope.
Duh! I've already dropped it in the mailbox. So I guess he wasn't so dumb
after all.
This seems to happen a lot.
