[Dx-qsl] Lid/Cop Population

I'm sure we have all noticed an alarming increase in the number of lids
and cops on the bands in recent years, especially when a DXpedition is
underway.  Some of these are seasoned lids, and I doubt there is any
hope for them, but for the newcomers to the hobby, education is the best
tool. There are sites for just this purpose, and I have several of them
listed at k4hb.com. People have put a lot of work into the development
of these sites and they are worth checking out. Just go to the bottom of
the links and look for the heading "Sites that encourage proper amateur
radio procedures."
