That is the main difference between eQSl, and LoTW.


In eQSl anyone can get the password and submit his logs.

In LoTW, the potential user has to go through rigorous authentication
process to get the access. If they recognize the operator, they simply
may not give him aceess privildge and he cannot submit the log.
