[Dx-qsl] LU1ZA QSL

Ed,
LU4DXU told me recently that they had just received the cards from the
printer in Italy.  That is well and good, but we have no assurance that our
cards have reached LU2CN, nor any idea as to when they will be answered.
Just keep hoping.
