[Dx-qsl] New IRC's...HUGE!...

I wonder if the expiration date is to force us to eventually use them, and
not treat them as a quasi-currency for years on end?  Considering how long
some of the current IRC's have been in circulation, many will eventually be
redeemed for postage far in excess of what it was purchased for, way back
when.  That's been good for us, and really shouldn't make a difference, but
no doubt it's driving some bureaucrat accountants crazy!

I just rec'd a new IRC from a JA and I thought that the other post abt them
being big was an exaggeration...well..NOT!...sheesh...they are abt 4" x 5
7/8".....I wonder what the reason for being so big is?....These are only
good
till Dec. 31 2006...wonder what is in store for after that?..
