[Dx-qsl] 701YGF and XW0X GOOD for DXCC ????

Good question about XW=D8X.  I worked him in the contest this weekend =
and just sent two IRC's and an SAE today (WFWL I guess).  He has a =
website at http://qth.com/dxshack/XW/XW-DXCC.htm (this page is best =
viewed with Japanese Shift-JIS encoding even though the text is western =
alphabet).  If the site is to be believed, it would appear that XW2A has =
been approved for DXCC.  If so, since he is the operator of XW=D8X, I =
would imagine it is approved.  Hopefully someone at DXCC can confirm the =
email exchange documented on the site. =20
