These windows of opportunities for savings, and convenience are rare, and
I thank you for your obvious understanding of our situation.  MANY
stations don't understand the ongoing costs involved after an operation
(or group of operations) are over, as would a fellow manager.

The premium price of $8/pound warrants the more difficult buro's to the
ARRL.  I appreciate, as does Dave (per my land line discussion tonight
with him) your assistance, and help in using current operations to
achieve these "economies of scale" to benefit all of us, everywhere.

Again, if I can be of assistance...please let me know...
