I'll second Ron's suggestion of the Vibroplex Brass Racer. I've used 
Bencher paddles at other contest stations, but since I've had the 
Brass Racer at home it's been my first choice of paddle. It's a 
really comfortable tool for sending CW.

By all means, try one before you buy it, but I think once you try it 
you won't want to be without it.
