Maybe I'm just anal on this, but what would really help is if, in the subject line of the 'what came in my mailbox/bureau dump today' posts, the author could put something like
rcvd: ku9c bs7h bq9p pw0t
and in the body of the text put any add'l info (6 weeks, etc) it would help me, at least, in deleting before reading them.....I like to see how the cards are getting out from my work....and this would help me, and perhaps others skim the postings.
Minor thing, I'll continue doing what I do, but if it makes sense.....
