Technically true.
It would be more accurate to say that there is an old WW II anti-aircraft
platform located in an estuary of the Thames, that at one time was
technically outside of the then-territorial limits of the UK, and that the
current owners/occupants have declared soverignty & alleged that it is the
"Principality of Sealand." (And we won't even go into the leasing of the
platform for secure data storage, this is wordy enough as it is)
That's what I meant, at least.
