I asked for help on this one and someone gave be this address.

which agrees with K4UTE, & Buckmaster except Buckmaster has Madagascar
instead of France

sort of agrees with QRZ which says BOTH France and Madagascar.

Anyway, it came back from the France address marked 'Retour L'Envoyeur' and
'incomnuau??'

This is the only band/mode slot I need to confirm for 5R8 and sure hope
someone has a sure fire address.
