JA-Bureau.
Sam also had the call V63KN in 1998 same address.

Note* Look at his manager's JA6NL name, may be the same guy
Also mail handelig instruction at that time was: * Send First class air
to send $1.00 return mail. I think is a first class stamp to Micro Nesia
and cost $1.00 for them to return mail here.
