I managed to work XW0W during the contest this weekend completing WAZ as =
well as being a new DXCC entity.  The QSL information is via XW2A but it =
was reported in DXNL 1278 "DO NOT enclose any dollar bills!".  What can =
you send to Laos?  They are not in the outgoing bureau according to the =
ARRL website and I am not sure if an IRC is valid.  The only other thing =
I can think of is trying to buy Laotion stamps but that would be a last =
resort.
