I managed to work XW0W during the contest this weekend completing WAZ as
well as being a new DXCC entity.  The QSL information is via XW2A but it was
reported in DXNL 1278 "DO NOT enclose any dollar bills!".  What can you send
to Laos?  They are not in the outgoing bureau according to the ARRL website
and I am not sure if an IRC is valid.  The only other thing I can think of
is trying to buy Laotion stamps but that would be a last resort.
