I have sent five (5) QSLs with SAEs and $2 each time direct to VK2ICV for
VK9LX QSOs in 98. Absolutely no response to anything, including e mails. I
know for a fact that some folk got returns on this, but a lot did/have not.
There is some speculation, not suitable for this reflector, about why some
and not others.
