[Dx-qsl] Germany and CN-01 IRC's

For what it's worth: I visited the postoffice yesterday to purchase new
IRC's, where I discovered that they are not selling any IRC's
anymore!!??
They will accept the older and new style IRC's though.
The Netherlands borders Germany and it's one Europe isn't it, so you
would expect the rules of the game to be the same.
