[Dx-qsl] Germany and CN-01 IRC's

Is Germany no longer accepting the older style IRC's?  I worked H40T and =
I need to send a QSL via DL7AFS.  However, the web page at =
http://www.qsl.net/dl7afs/new_irc.html states that they will only accept =
the new IRC's.  I am trying to find out whether this is Bundespost =
policy or the QSL managers policy.  I have fourteen new CN-01 style that =
I purchased at the post office and I would like to use them.  I do not =
think my local PO even has the new style in.  I would hate to send a =
CN-01 IRC and have it thrown away.
