[Dx-qsl] Short Wave Listener Cards

I was WPE8EYF, and Dave (K8MN) was WPE4FYG (I think???) but was a WPE SWL
for sure.  I still reply to QSL's for myself, and Dave from SWL's.  In
any case, I could copy 20 WPM when I took my novice because of the
exposure to code ahead of time.  Time well spent.  I'll continue to reply
to them.
