[Dx-qsl] Who can confirm that 9G1JV is ex A92FR?

I'm trying to get a QSO confirm from 1994 with A92FR, who is listed as Hani 
Elias Saoud in 1996 Radio Amateur Callbook. From GOOGLE I know that he had 
left Bahrain. I found a Hani Saoud with the call 9G1JV in the 1996 and 2001 
edition of the Radio Amateur Callbook.
Because RAC-entries stay there sometimes for ever, who knows if 9G1JV is the 
ex A92FR and is still in Ghana. I couldn't find 9G1JV in BUCKMASTER or 
QRZ.COM or DX-SUMMIT.
So I wonder who can help with information  how to receive an old A92FR-QSL?  

With similiar following up I managed to get a 7 years old VP8CPC QSO 
confirmed.
So maybe I am lucky a second time.
