  Hi Joe, there was a thread here a while ago about this subject. The manager 
for 1991 is F6GVH. But his address was not good in QRZ...F6ITD looked through 
the phone books and came up with this address for F6GVH.

  And it did work for who needed this card, I think it was K4MQG. I sent one 
also a month ago and I havent received it yet.
