Hi 

I just have been to the post office today and mailed all my c56jj cards.
Outside europe it costs here Euro 0,75
Inside Europe costs here Euro 0,54
All Priority airmail up to 20 gramms..
So it depends on the country were you are living in Europe. 
Maybe The Netherlands is a cheap country for postage rates...
The exchange rate for 1 IRC =  1 stamp of Euro 0,75
