[Dx-qsl] Grid Sq to CQ/ITU zone converter

DXView will do that. If you enter a gridsquare or latitude/longitude, it
will plot the location on a world map that optionally displays CQ zone
boundaries, or ITU zone boundaries.  DXView is free, and available via
www.qsl.net/dxview .

Hi all,

Don't know where else to ask this, so pse excuse the bandwidth.

Looking for a software or url for a program to convert
grid square/log-lat to CQ/ITU zone.

For example:

4K1D is Antarctica and no zones are indicated.
Qth is shown as 70-46S  11-51E
This converts to JB59WF
Now I need the zones.

I did find going to the link:
http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/wazlist.html
that 4K1D is zone 36.

However I couldn't find R3RRC/ANT at grid EB90MA.
