[Dx-qsl] Cards

I guess I am amazed that the stations dont want their cards.  If they dont want them, I sure have wasted a lot of money over the years.  When Joe, W3HNK, was my manager, I provided him with the funds to send my cards to me.  I consider that a requirment before I would ever have someone do my QSLing chores for me.   Its my Hobby, My cards to be exchanged, my logs he has to deal with, and my incoming cards.  I had no idea anyone DIDNT want their cards that way.  Indeed we need to go to electronic QSLs for those guys.
