[Dx-qsl] Green stamps or IRC's

I don't think this web site is up to date. They still show the Italian
local currency to be Lira's which went out on 1/1/02 replaced by the Euro.
I brought this to the attention of the owner of the web site last March but
he has not changed it, so I would suspect other info is out of date also.
