[Dx-qsl] Any suggestion please

He has a nice color card and 'expedited'
reply for 2 IRC's, routine reply, plain card
for 1 IRC.  Remember, he was on holiday
in Japan for awhile, and is most likely
behind in his QSLing.  I had sent mine in
Feb, rec'vd in May.
