A few months ago I received an envelope from Cuba. It had a return address of 
FEDERACION de RADIOAFICIONADOS de CUBA. It was sent to my home address but 
did not show my name.
It had a card in the env that seemed water soaked and was mostly illegible. 
The only thing on the card that was filled in by someone was "SSB".
The preprinted words on the card included check blocks for 
CO0OTA,CO6OTA,CO1OTA,CO7OTA,CO4OTA and CO9OTA with IOTA numbers of 
15,204,093,086,056 and 201, respectively. The card also had a reference to 
XE1CI on the back where the printing seemed washed out.

Anybody have an idea how to get another card that didn't float over. ? I am 
not sure which island this card was attempting to confirm. I had wkd a fer of 
these but sent my own env for a return and it was not the one the wet card 
came in.
