[Dx-qsl] Typhoon approaching Pratas Is

I had a QSO with BQ9P this morning on 12M PHONE.  The operator
asked that I post a message on the DX cluster regarding an approaching
typhoon.  They have been warned that a typhoon was going to arrive
between 17-18utc on 06Jun02.  They expect that this will have a very
deleterious effect on their operation.  They expect damage to their
antennas.  It could be several days before they get relief from the storm
and be able to assess their situation.
