With ref to HC8N, do you know if W5UE handles all previous Qs?
I have Qs dated as far back as 26 SEP 1997 and to 30 SEP 2001.  Some databases
show AA5BT or WN4KKN ???
Is it customary for a change of QSL manager to handle previously dated Qs?
