[Dx-qsl] Manager for HC8A

Does anyone have info on a qsl manager who replaced KU9C for Rich 
Smith,
HC8A?  Steve, KU9C, is still listed as the qsl mgr for Rich in all the
databases, but he wrote me when I inquired about a card for an October,
2001 pre-contest qso with Rich that he had never received his logs and
was sending the cards he had received to his NEW manager!  I have yet
to receive anything and thought that I might qsl one more time, but
cannot find the new manager's identity!  Info anyone?
