This is from the 2000 Callbook:

The problem with it is it doesn't have the new postal code.  I have had mail
returned from JA with the message "Incorrect post code" but then I've had
some go through, too.  Guess it's the luck of the draw if you get a cranky
clerk or one who is a stickler for regulations - Hi.
